Georgie is passionate about working with individuals, groups, business and institutions to develop and deliver ideas which enrich UK communities. With 10 years experience in facilitating community-based projects, Georgie's skill and passion is in bringing different groups of people together to look at how behaviours, spaces or services could be improved. She enjoys disrupting the standard approach to problem solving, by looking at problems (and opportunities) from many different angles, trialling different approaches and coming up with something that is a better fit for everyone.
Georgie has delivered behaviour change projects in London and East Anglia, for Sustrans, The Otesha project and Future Creative. Recently she has delivered community-led street design projects for Sustrans and Streets Remagined in the South West.
Georgie is a Prince 2 project management practitioner and is confident in designing and delivering engagement process', organising and delivering events, workshops and training, and managing volunteers. Georgie's has degree in 'International Development' from the University of East Anglia, and has taken units in Psychology at The open University. Her approach is underpinned by the principles of co-design and collaboration and she is a natural communicator.
In her free time, Georgie is a trustee of the charity 'Good Story' who offer mentoring to creative entrepreneurs and very part-time performer in immersive theatre pieces.
